This is a wonderful time of year and Fernbank is bringing it all to you with traditions from around the world. From November 18th, 2023 through January 7th, 2024 the Winter Wonderland: Celebrations & Traditions Around the World returns for its 14th year to celebrate the holiday season. It is a sight to behold and much more. There are dazzling trees and other displays throughout the museum for you to enjoy. Imagine two floors of artistic expression and cultural celebrations with touches of traditions from around the world. Each tree tells its own story of festivities and traditions selected by cultural partners through arts, crafts, symbols, and ornamental displays.
Winter Wonderland will include representation from the following countries:
Alif Institute, Argentina, Canada, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Guatemala, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kenya, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, Taipei/Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, Venezuela.
Cost: Included with general museum admission. Members FREE.
