Are you an expecting mama looking for a nurturing space to connect with your baby, and other women and prepare your body and mind for childbirth? Then join us in "Growing Bonds," a transformative 4-week Prenatal Kundalini Yoga & Meditation series. It's designed to empower pregnant women in their journey to motherhood. Each week, you'll have 1.5 hours to nurture your pregnancy and yourself with holistic prenatal wellness and community.

Weekly Topics Include:
Week 1: The Power of Yoga & Meditation in Pregnancy
Week 2: The Art of Breath
Week 3: Find Calm Through Meditation (Let go of anxieties)
Week 4: Yoga Poses for Pregnancy Wellness

Each class begins with a 30-minute tea and conversation session that creates a supportive community where you can share and where we cover the weekly topic with specific practices. Our expert prenatal Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor will then lead you through a 45-minute prenatal yoga practice. Join us for the 4-Week Growing Bonds: Prenatal Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Series and deepen the bond with your pregnancy and baby.
