Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the adult(s) listed on the membership. Members are required to present membership cards and photo ID(s) for admission.
Membership admission benefits apply to individual tickets only. You may not apply membership to any group visit (applies to all group types, including field trips). Specialized group activities (school programs, tours, etc.) are strictly reserved for those paying as part of a group.

**Member must choose either free guest or free caregiver when purchasing a membership. Member must be present for the free guest option to be used. The free caregiver can be used for one named adult. Additional caregivers can be purchased for an additional $30 per caregiver. Free caregiver name can be changed once per membership
***Guest passes expire when the current year’s membership expires. Passes are only valid during regular, daytime hours and are not redeemable for Fernbank After Dark or other special events. Guest passes can only be redeemed in person at the Box Office. Member(s) must be present to redeem passes.
